Geronimo 18 Commercial Subdivision is an 18 acre site that Compass CTX is subdividing and developing into multiple commercial tracts. When Compass located this tract for our investment group, it was already cash flowing with various commercial tenants. We are currently in the platting process with the County and are working with future investors to develop the platted lots once they are complete with a new public road and infrastructure. The planned uses for the lots are currently a Self-Storage facility, RV & Boat Storage, a retail strip, a Quick-serve restaurant, and multi-tenant light industrial buildings. Compass CTX is the broker, developer, and property manager for this project.
